Blue stamping

I am sad to say I only got one good pic of the mani I want to show you guys today, but at least it's a really good (in my opinion) single picture.  I was soo happy with how this came out!

The base color is KleanColor Neon Sapphire (which applied like a dream!), and I stamped with China Glaze Adore, which proved to be amazing for stamping with.  The stamping plate was Bundle Monster BM 212.

The accent fingers are one of the polishes I got from Brazil!  HITS Twist flakie polish!  I cannot even stress how gorgeous that polish is!  The picture does it no justice at all!  I could not stop staring at those accent fingers because I just wanted to keep watching the flakies change between blue and green!

One kinda neat thing about this mani happened by total accident.  I don't know if you can tell from the pictures, but the stamping color is almost gradient-like in color.  I love that it happened but it wasn't planned at all!  It was a happy accident because I put on my Seche Vite top coat and some of the Neon Sapphire started to bleed into Adore, but not enough to smudge or anything, just enough to slightly change the color on it's way up my nail.  I really loved that look and wish I could actually plan for that to happen sometime in the future, but I bet I couldn't replicate it on purpose if my life depended on it! haha.

What do you think of this mani?  Ever had a happy accident occur that made your mani look better than you planned it to?

  2. Happy Accident- the first time I used Seche Vite on a dotted mani- it makes the polish "melt" a bit and the dots looked like they were set in the main color- so cool!
Love the flakies, most of mine seem to be copper and green, I would love to find teal or blue that doesn't have the red or orange in them.
