Prevail: Funky Finds

Today I have another Prevail polish to share with you.  A few months ago I posted about Concrete Jungle which was my first polish by this brand.  It's the store brand polish for Duane Reade drugstores, which can be found in NYC.

This one has a fun name: Funky Finds.  I am not sure why it's called that, but...eh, whatever, it's still a great polish!

This is a really gorgeous fuchsia shade.   It has tiny micro glitter and a shimmery finish.  It was a little more sheer than I thought it would be, but the formula was so nice!  I had to use 3 thin coats for the pictured look, but it was so easy to apply and work with.  In the pictures it does look like there's some VNL but I believe that to be a camera-only issue, because I could not see any in real life.

I was planning on layering some glitter or something over this polish when I picked it out of my untrieds because I thought it would need a little something, but then I loved it so much on its own that I left it as-is.

It really makes me excited to try the other Prevail polishes I have picked up so far, I hope they are just as nice as the ones I have already tried.

What do you think of this color?  Have you tried this brand before?

  4. It looks a lot like Wet N Wild Shine in Frosted Fuschia... is it possible they are dupes?
