Nail the B.Y.T.C.H. Nail Polish

Hey all!  I have a couple of polishes to share with you from a new-to-me brand, called Nail the B.Y.T.C.H.  The acronym stands for: Be Your True Creative Heroine.

It is a company started by two ladies named Jennifer Smith and Lanaia Edwards in October 2010.  They have a whole backstory on the creation of the brand and the meaning behind it which you can read here on their "about" page:  http://nailthebytch.com/about.

These polishes are 3-free, by the way, in case that's something important to you! :)

The shades I will be sharing with you are Pretty Slick Bytch, and Fruite Cutie Butte.

Pretty Slick Bytch

Pretty Slick Bytch
Pretty Slick Bytch has the description "Shimmer tangerine watch her do her thing! Sweet but a little tart, like Pixy sticks, all it takes is one shot and you're fixed."  This is a very orangey coral type shade and even though I don't usually go for frosts, I absolutely love this polish!  I think the frost adds character to this color and it looks amazing against my skin tone.  The formula was perfect, just 2 smooth coats were needed.

Frutie Cutie Butte

Frutie Cutie Butte
Frutie Cutie Butte is described as follows: "I heard it through the grapevine...this Purplicious cutie is hard to find. Fun, flirty and ready to show off her assets in a pair of hot pants!"  This is a really pretty lavender creme polish.  Once again, great formula! It was a little hard to photograph accurately so I provided both artificial and sunlight pictures.  Two easy coats for the pictured look.

So after my first experience with this brand, I am very impressed!  I will have to pick up a few more of their shades very soon!  And at only $6 a bottle, it's super affordable to try out some more!
