Lime Crime: Les Desserts d'Antoinette

Hey guys!  So excited to bring you swatches today of this amazing nail polish collection by Lime Crime!

This collection is called "Les Desserts d'Antoinette Nail Polish Collection"

 From Lime Crime's website:
"7 pastel shades, inspired by confectionary delights from Marie Antoinette's table. Recklessly pigmented crème formula is rich, smooth and opaque in just two coats. Each bottle comes equipped with a flat, wide brush for superb control and flawless application. Never tested on animals. 3-Free."

I have to agree about the formula! All 7 polishes have the same amazing formula!  I used 2 coats for all the pictures I am about to share with you.  They all applied super smoothly and without streaks, which is a HUGE thing with pastel shades like these, which are notoriously hard to apply...NOT the case with these!

Milky Ways
Crema de Limon

Peaches <3 Cream

Once In A Blue Mousse

Lavendairy

Parfait Day

Pastelchio

I don't even know if I can honestly pick a favorite shade! They are all really amazing.  I do love that Milky Ways is not a stark bright white, but instead a really creamy off-white.  Most of them had a glossy finish though some of them dry a little more satiny, as you can see from the pictures, which are without topcoat.

I am seriously impressed with this first nail polish offering from Lime Crime and cannot wait to see what else they come up with in the future!

Each polish retails on the Lime Crime Website for $5.99 each, or you can purchase the whole shebang for $39.99 (sale price, $42.99 regular price).

  1. I like the white and pink ones. I don't know much about this company except that they seem to have recovered from a pretty big scandal. Good on them, for making right and moving forward.
