Zoya 2012: Ornate Collection!

Hey guys!

I am sure you have all been seeing this amazing new Zoya collection popping up everywhere!

I am absolutely in love with almost this whole collection and can't wait to share my swatches, so let's get to it.

Blaze
Blaze is a "cool-toned medium mulberry red with a high concentration of micro fine diamond holographic glitter".  She also happens to be my absolute favorite in the collection.  Practically a 1-coater, but I did 2 for good measure.  The formula of this polish was absolute Zoya perfection.

Electra
Electra is a " micro fine diamond holographic glitter mixed with large silver holographic bar tinsel in a clear base".   I layered this over Storm, which is coming up momentarily.  I wanted to get this one out of the way cause I am not a fan.  If you do like tinsel glitter polishes you will probably love this because the coverage is great, but I just can't get into these sorts of glitters.  Shown is 1 coat.

Storm
Storm is "micro fine diamond holographic glitter mixed with large silver holographic bar tinsel in a clear base".  Another one I seriously LOVE!  The went on like a dream, slightly less opaque than I'd like but this is 2 coats and it's perfect.  Loving these Zoya microglitter creations!

Logan
Logan is a "full coverage, yellow-toned forest green with dense, foil-like yellow-gold and blue-green duochrome shimmer".  I didn't really expect to like this one as much as I do!  I love surprises like that.  This is 2 coats and it went on amazingly, as usual.

Ziv
Ziv is a "full coverage, yellow-toned metallic gold foil with silver highlights and warm gold flake glitter accents."   Most gold polishes look pretty bad against my pale skin tone.  I think this one is yellow enough to actually not be too bad.  I probably wouldn't wind up wearing this too often, but I also don't mind having a wearable gold polish in my collection.

Aurora
Aurora is a "full coverage, medium sugarplum purple flecked with a high concentration of micro fine diamond holographic glitter."  This is another favorite of mine for sure!  Purple and sparkly, has to be a win.  This is 2 easy coats.  It was definitely more sheer than I expected since it's red partner Blaze was so very pigmented, but I had no issues with application.

Overall, yet another winning collection by Zoya!  I think next time I'd like to see a second shimmer or even a creme in place of the tinsel glitter though.

What do you think of this collection?   Which colors are your must-haves?
