Blood Splatter!

So a few weeks ago was the season premier of Showtime's series, Dexter.  I absolutely love this show and felt like I wanted to do a mani inspired by it.

If you don't know anything about Dexter, I don't want to spoil anything for you, but I will say that basically the show is about Dexter, who is a serial killer who works for the police as a blood splatter analyst by day.

I felt the perfect mani for this theme would be blood splatter, it's also not lost on me that this mani is also perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit, and is also the first of several Halloween themed manis I will be posting over the next couple of weeks as Halloween approaches!

I got a little creative with my hand modelling for this set, I was having fun!

I absolutely loved wearing this mani so much that I kept it on for about an entire week!  It didn't even chip or anything that whole time!

Products used for this look:
OPI Skull and Glossbones
Revlon Vixen
KleanColor Bite Me
Zoya Sooki

For a tutorial on how to achieve the splatter mani look, head over to The Polishaholic, where I first learned about splatter manis!
