...Bootie Babe polishes, that is!
I was so excited to receive these polishes, they were long-awaited! They totally don't disappoint either!

| Blue Baboo |
Light blue creme polish. This went on so smoothly and evenly, I totally didn't expect that of a light color like this! There was no streakiness at all. Two coats and it looked so perfect. I think this is my favorite of the group!

| Bossy Mossy |
This had the same great formula as the others. These colors are so rich, and it makes them really easy to apply. I love this green, I should wear colors like this more often.

| Lilac Lunatic |
This light purple/lilac color surprised me even more than the blue one above. I have never found a color that's as soft as this one that is smooth and not watery/sheer...until this one. Can you believe this is just two coats? It looks a little more pink in this picture than it is in real life.

I really wanted to like this one more than I did. The color is gorgeous, that's for sure. The formula on this one felt a little thicker than the others, and was a tad more difficult to apply. It also dried slightly matte, the way a lot of neons tend to...which I didn't like much, but fixed later on (not pictured) when I added top coat to make it shiny. I don't hate this, but it's definitely not my favorite of the group.
Bootie Babe Cosmetics has excellent customer service too. When I received my polishes, one of my brushes was broken, and they provided a replacement polish as soon as I notified them. Apparently the design of the bottle/caps was problematic in a lot of ways and they will be addressing/changing that very soon! I love when companies have great Customer service and make positive changes.

ReplyDeletetotally something I wouldn't buy just because the packaging kinda freaks me out, but I am in love with the light blue shade, it's just beautiful and I don't have anything like that in my collection, I want!
