Hey guys! Today I have a couple of colors from the
China Glaze Electropop collection to share with you:
Dance Baby & Gothic Lolita.

Dance Baby is a really fun Bubble Gum pink creme! It shows up on the nail a bit brighter than it looks in the bottle (though my photo might be slightly off color-wise, as I had trouble getting it to photograph completely accurately). I thought this was going to be a dupe or super close to
OPI's new shade
Pink Friday but it really isn't a dupe at all, which made me happy since I already owned the
OPI. Two coats were used for the photo above and there were no application issues.

| Gothic Lolita |
Gothic Lolita is a dark lavender shade and it applies like a creme but it's definitely a shimmer. You can see the shimmer somewhat in my photo though it was hard to capture. I had heard people talk of application issues with this color so I was a little worried. My worry was for nothing because this polish applied perfectly in 2 coats for me. Others have said it was too watery but mine wasn't watery at all (possibly a fluke bad batch some people got?). I really love this color and you really have to see it in person to get the full affect!
I'll admit when I first heard about this collection I, like many others I've talked to, was on the fence about it since it did look like a lot of colors similar to existing China Glaze shades. But then I started seeing swatches popping up and I was more psyched about them! I actually think that it's a really nice set for the most part!
I have a few other colors from this collection to show at a later time, and I might even pick up a few more that I passed on the first time around!
