Neon Marble

I have for you today, as promised, the water marble I did yesterday.  It was my second time trying water marbling and I was fairly happy with how it turned out.  I did have a lot of trouble getting my water to be the right temperature, so that's mostly why it didn't come out as well as I'd hoped...BUT I still liked it anyway and did get several compliments on it, so at least there's that!

The colors I have used in this mani are China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise & Celtic Sun, and Color Club's Mrs. Robinson.  Underneath the colors is a base of OPI Nail Envy and Sinful Colors' Snow Me White.  Top coat of Seche Vite (which actually didn't play very nicely on top of these colors...it shrunk the polish a bit).

I still want to try more water marbling in the future and see what other kinds of results I can get, it's a little tricky but really fun when it behaves properly!

I recently hauled several new polishes so I hope to start getting some swatches up here too, and also some NOTD.

Thanks for reading, until next time!
