Dotty Nail Art

I did the mani I am sharing today a few weeks back, right after I posted about POPBeauty's Foggy.  I held off on posting it because shortly thereafter, I received the guest post from Pam, and saw how similar a mani her nail art post was!   I think hers is much better but I still had the pics set for this post, so I decided to share it anyway.





The base color I used is, of course, POPBeauty's Foggy.  Then I used a few Sally Hansen InstaDri colors and a dotting tool.  The colors were Emerald Express and Uptempo Plum.  Then I layered the awesome Ozotic Pro Elytra 528 by PicturePolish over my thumb and ring fingers, then added some dots of 528 to some of the polka dots as well.

I really love the way these colors look together.  It was also my first time I have tried out my dotting tools, polka dots are fun!  I adore Ozotic 528!!!
