Quick Comparison! OPI vs NOPI rainbow glitters

Two posts in one day??  I usually don't spam you guys like that but this is just a quickie comparison I did and wanted to share!

A lot of people have been hearing that OPI's Rainbow Connection from he Muppets Collection has been duped in the new Nicole by OPI Kardashian Kolors set and called Rainbow in The S-Kylie. 

I was curious about this as well, since the pictures I have seen did make them appear to be dupes...is it true? Let's find out...



 

Yes, as far as I can tell these two polishes are definitely dupes!  I can't see any difference at all in formula, glitter, disbursement, etc.  They seem to be 100% the same!

So unless you are like me and HAVE to have every rainbow glitter that exists, then you can probably just opt for one or the other.  

Do you tend to buy colors you know are dupes of ones you have already, just because it's a different brand?  Or do you purposely avoid dupes to keep your collection more compact?

    i don't purposely buy dupes - i LOVE knowing what dupes exist, then i usually will purchase the least expensive version! ;)

    I bought Rainbow Connection, and was given Milani - Gems in a swap.. and they are definitely dupes.

    Sometimes I buy dupes on accident, or I will buy one of a better quality if I like the cheaper version alot.

    I try not to buy dupes on purpose. I would probably purchase the cheaper version unless I know that I don't like the company's formula or brush or something.

    Wow, thats not good especially by the same company! If it was 2 different companies it would be more understandable! Its kind of a rip-off if you dont pay attention.
