Le Chat Razzle Dazzle collection

Hey all!  Today I have a review for you of the Lechat Nail polish set called Razzle Dazzle, which is the Dare To Wear set of glitter polish.  This collection is one of their "Perfect Match" sets to their Gel nail polish lines (meaning that they have the same colors available as regular nail lacquer or as gel polish).

For more information about the LeChat Nails company you can visit their website, here.

There are six shades in the Razzle Dazzle collection.  For all swatches I put two coats directly over my bare nails.

Techno Pink Beat
This is a light pink jelly with multi-sized pink and holograhic glitters.  The formula was nice to work with.  I liked the "squishy" feel it had, which made it very easy to spread the glitter around the nail evenly.  This polish would look amazing layered for sure.

Red Ruby Rules
This is a multi-colored small glitter polish in a clear base.  I don't know if I agree with the name of this polish as I don't really see any "red" or "ruby" in it, to me it appears to be more fuchsia or pink, with some blue and gold accents.   Either way, I really liked this one too and the coverage was very nice to wear on its own, or it could be layered as well.

La Rosa Romantica
This was probably my least favorite of the bunch.  The formula seemed a little harder to work with and I wasn't impressed much by the color.  It's similar to Red Ruby Rules but with way less of the pink/fuchsia colored glitters.

Seriously Golden
I am usually not a fan of gold polish but if I had to wear a gold glitter, this one would be a top contender.  The coverage was very impressive and it was easy to apply.  It's gold with holographic glitter throughout.  Very nice on its own but would work for layering if you use a thin coat.

Princess Tears
I love the name of this polish! (And I do believe they had the name before the new A-England collection was released, not that it matters).  I wanted to like the polish as much as I liked the name though.  I don't dislike it, but I think the blue glitters are a little bit too dark and I don't really like the gold/yellow color glitter that is in this one.  I would have liked it better if it was more similar to Techno Pink Beat, but a blue version.  For what it is though, it's nice and would work on its own or layered.

Hologram Diamond
As usual I have saved my favorite polish from the collection for last!  Hologram diamond is amazing!  Look at how gorgeous this is!  It made my nails look so fancy and blingtastic!  The formula was awesome and it looked great on it's own.  I'd also love to use this for sponged glitter tips sometime, it would look amazing as well I think.

So there you have the Razzle Dazzle collection!  Overall I really liked it though there were a few I wasn't too crazy about, I still can never have enough glitter so I am happy!  I definitely want to see what else Lechat comes out with in the future!

  1. Your pic of Techno Pink Beat is so much better than mine was! And yes, Le Chat had Princess Tears LONG before A-England (again, not that it matters lol)
